If you are unhappy with the product and you inform us within the 30 days, we will exchange the goods or give a refund.

You can buy Saltmarshe Gift vouchers online, at one of our shops, or by phone on 02920 6575855. They are available in multiples of £5, £10, £20 or £50 and can be dispatched to any UK postcode together with a card and gift message.


Gift Exchange Policy

We offer a three month gift exchange policy, starting from the date of purchase, on prints given as gifts. only and this size. The exchange is on the print only, must be like-for-like in shape and must be accompanied by proof of purchase date.

Refund Policy

We do not give refunds but will exchange items to the same value up to 28 days after purchase, as long as the items are in perfect condition and seals on packaging have not been opened. Frames which have been chosen by the customer to frame a print , and are thus used, cannot be refunded. We are however, happy to replace the print and reframe.

Returns Policy

We must be notified by email or by phone of any damaged goods, within three days of delivery. You will be issued with a returns number and a replacement and collection organized within fourteen days.
